Front indicator light configuration question!

i did a search through the forum and could not figure out the configuration of the front lights on my truck, I have a 97 Tahoe, when the people in Norway imported the car they messed with the wires and added what I think is ugly amber indicator lamps both at the rear and side fenders... due to recent rules changing regarding older cars here I wish to restore it to original configuration all the way around!

What I realy want to know is which bulbs serves each function, in the back is both red lights on low the running lights and the second function on one brake light and the other red R/L indicator?

What about the white field at the bottom? Backup lights?

And the main question, the front lights, the rectangular lower lights, is it running and indicator in both/all four or is it the outer ones and the lower corner light? And is the indicator lights facing forward supposed to be amber or white?

Attached is the pictures of my truck when I got it I promise it looks "better" or is at least road worthy and reliable now

Maybe this will help, here’s the U.S. version. We don’t have the amber marker lights on the fenders or below the rear lights.

The lower lights on the front are running lights and directional/turn signal. Meaning, when the lights are on the lower front and side lights are on. They are also turn signals, all bulbs flashing.

The lower front lens is clear, so the bulbs are amber per our regulations.
