Fitment with 265/65/18 on stock suspension???

I am looking at newer gen 6 lugs for my 91' and was wondering if this size would be too large.

That's a 31.6x10.4ish, should fit fine with some rubbing depending on your backspacing.
Figure out the offset of the wheel, that would be more important here.

EDIT: If they're stock 6-lugs off a newer Chevy the offset should be fine.

A 265/65r18 tire is the exact same size as a 265/75r16 tire, except the rim size is different. So yes, they will fit on a stock 4x4/Z71 suspension.

He didn't say anything about his wheels, which is what I'd be worried about.

True.
Had someone on here saying he fit 35/12.5/18s under his with stock suspension and no bodylift so I guess it depends on how much rubbing you want LOL.

The Offset is 24mm I keep reading. Don't know the offset of the stock rims.

Yeah I had 265 /17 tires on mines it fit perfect. I have 26's now fits perfect aswell. It only rubs on full lock but clears fine it's a little under 33's did alot of research and some tire shops told me know . Most guys on YouTube told me it fit fine. So I bit the bullet and I'm really happy with them I want to go 35's next but probably will have to go a leveling kit cuz I don't want to cut the body and leave it stock
