Does anyone have the specs of the factory radio power amplifier under the drivers seat of a Suburban?

I've got one of each, it would be nice to know about both.

I would say the 1995+ would be around 15 watts/channel, and the 92-94 would be about 10. That was the norm at the time.

I know this is an old thread, but just FYI for anyone else looking the factory amp in the Suburbans only powers the rear door speakers. The other four are powered directly off the radio. The factory amp for the rear door speakers just pulls a high level signal off of the rear speaker wires, it's not actually passing that power through to the speakers. It generates it's own power. If you're wanting to use a more powerful amplifier on the rear door speakers, you'd just bypass the factory amp entirely.
