Hey forum,
So I have a 97 yukon. It has a miss on 2 cylinders and exhibits low oil pressure with 10w40 after being hot at low rpm. After allot of parts and testing. A rebuild is in order.
So the Question I have is . I read people use flat tops to get more compression out there motor. Will a new set of Flat top from the 65-1989 motors work is that what they are referring to ?
There was a compcams grind allot of people liked that made allot of low down TQ and power. Does any one know the number.
Only thing I have to support it is a Set of long tube headers and the MPFI conversion.
This is my daily driver . Does any one see a problem with this set up . I wheel every now and then , Im not looking for a specific number . Just a good setup . My 4l60E has less than 100 miles on a rebuild . I do tow maybe 2 times a year.
