When was the last fuel filter done.... if you don't know, it's a good first thing to change as they are cheap...

Like everyone else has said, check fuel pressure. TPS like was mentioned. Fuel filter ... has it been ran low in gas recently? If so fuel filters and the pump sock should be checked.
