The green indicator for the DRLs isn't lighting up on our Suburban but the DRLs are functioning just fine. Is this a simple bulb swap or is it soldered to the cluster board?

It's just a 194 bulb in the cluster. Simple swap out, no soldering involved.

Might as well change all of those dash lights while you have the cluster out. The bulbs are cheap and the ones in there now are probably the originals. Nothing worse than fixing something, only to have something related die with in a short period.
