Driveline vibration after D/S R+R

I just replaced the fuel pump on my 98 2wd long bed.
I removed the driveshaft to gain the extra room I was looking for to drop the tank.

Prior to this, no vibrations.

The driveshaft was a fight getting the slip yoke back into the trans. but it finally slid in.

Now, a slight vibration can be felt @ highway speeds(60-70 mph).

This truck has the factory aluminum shafted and new u-joints.

Any ideas as to why it's vibrating?

I have since turned the rear pinion yoke 180 degrees with no improvement.

Could have a u-joint issue. If they get disturbed, sometimes a vibration will happen

When you reinstalled it did you put it in EXACTLY where it was before? Sounds like it's outta phase.

With the splined output shaft on the trans, how can you make sure it goes back in, exactly where it was, without being a spline or two off?

I'm not quite sure, never done it myself - but I was searching for an answer recently. I would assume that you mark it before removal with a sharpie or something.
