Door window motor replacement

First off my truck is a 1996 k1500 reg cab. After 21 years the drivers window is a bit slow. Significantly compared to the passenger. What parts do I need to replace?

Pull the door panel and hit all the moving parts of the window regulator with some lube, see if that helps.

That could work but. You can hear the motor struggling
