We have remade some of these door arms thats rides against the roller. We found out with our very first R&D roller that if the arm is damaged it won't stop the popping. These come with a bushing and hardware to bolt them on. The hardest part of the job will be removing the factory one.

I just discovered yesterday that what I thought was a simple missing door spring was in fact the driver's side roller pin had snapped off. The arm is still there, but I'm not sure if it needs replacement or not.

Anyway, I went to your site and found a new roller pin, which is a huge relief. Thought I was going to have to replace the whole hinge.

Thanks for saving me a bunch of time, aggravation, and money!
