I recently bought a 1992 full size Blazer and it needs the ignition switch and door lock cylinders replaced. I already did the ignition switch, but i need help with the door lock cylinders. How can I remove them?

If you remove the handle, the lock cylinder essentially falls out of the assembly. There are some YouTubes on how to remove the handle, but it is not that difficult at all.

-remove interior door trim panel (on the 95-98s, you have to drill out a rivet for the inside handle, not sure of 88-94s)
-remove bolt from door edge to handle
-remove bolt from inside door to handle
-pull linkages (best to see the video_
-if you have the key for the old cylinder, turn the lock to make it easier to tilt handle out of door.
-Change lock cylinder
-Install is reverse of removal, just be sure the link from the handle goes down into the latch mechanism.

After this job is done, enjoy a nice cold one!
