I am replacing my passenger door on my 89 Silverado. While looking at the door brackets, I noticed that the top one looks bent. Is it supposed to be flat at the top? This seems to be bent or concave at the top. It’s it’s bent, can I just straighten it out or would I have to replace it?

Thanks in advance for the help.

It is bent. I may be possible to straighten it. It looks like the door has been caught by the wind and opened past it normal swing due to the missing door pin roller, you can see where the hinge is pulled away from the A pillar. While you have it apart make sure to install a new door pin roller.
