WEMS 97 Yukon

Hey yall,
I have a 97 yukon 4wd with 185k on it. When I start my truck up and shift into either drive or reverse and start to move, the rear axle/diff seems to shake and hardly has any power to go - then in about 3 to 5 seconds it stops and everything seems fine. Any ideas?
