This kit car is a great idea but I cannot get motivated to finish any of my current projects. My buddy wants to build one, I may sell him the old HHR I have and abandon the idea altogether. The main sticking point is if the 08 HHR wiring cannot be adapted to play nice with an 08 cobalt throttle pedal, 08 cobalt cluster, 08 cobalt EPAS. DF cars is south of Dallas in Red Oak. If i ordered one, I'd just go pick it up there with a flat bed trailer. I posed them the question on the wiring harness. The cobalt specific bits I need like the pedals, cluster, parking brake and EPAS my local boneyard has. Price if I pull it all $150, so it's not worth hunting for a complete cobalt. I'd be willing to just hand them my harness to modify. I think they get $900 to do that. Honestly it would be money well spent.
