Introductions
Have lurked around here over the years but just signed up.
I have owned this truck since 03 and when it blew a head gasket with 200,000 kms on it, it became decision time - midlife refit or new - I couldn't bring myself to pay what a new one cost, so I refit this one.
It has been an interesting journey and I am enjoying the nearly new truck with a fresh strong stove in it - the new one starts like it should, whereas the old 454 never, ever did no matter how much money I threw at for sensors, injectors, regulators, etc, it was POS.

Had a look at your build link - you sir have done a ton of work to your truck - nicely done.
Roll pan on a 4x4 is unusual but I like it.
I am inseam challenged so I stayed with a step bumper...

I should have kept my 69 BB 1/2 ton but needed a crew cab for the family.

3-4" body lift, yes with keys and cranked to level it out.
it is just barely enough to swing the 20x10's with 305/55's with some trimming at the back of the front wheel wells and locating the front bumper 1.5" forward.
