It sucks, its geared wrong and has no pep, the other 4.3s ive had would burn the tires off at half throttle this thing the tires dont spin to much

My '98 was very strong and rather quick for a v6.

Ive had a 92 4.3 tbi and 93 4.3 vortec and had problems keeping the tires from spinning on both, this thing takes off like a semi

Instead of just removing the fuse on my 99, I wired the DRLs similar to this here:
