Dash cluster

Hey guys so I got a 95 dash cluster I took some needles out of a camaro and was wondering what is the easiest way of getting the plastic cover off the cluster without breaking it so I can swap needles? Has anyone done it?

It's very easy. Once you take the cluster out of dash, you'll see, it's held by about four or so tabs that snap into place.

To take it out of the dash, you have to pull off the trim in front of the dash, then remove the four 7mm screw holding the cluster. Pulls right out then, connector stays in the dash.

@sierravortec (aka NICK) no i didnt mine is held together by appoxy im not wrecking my dash for needles

If there's epoxy on it, you're either attempting to take it apart the wrong way, or some goofball broke it previously and glued it back together.

1995-up cluster comes apart very easily. Three tabs:

Two on one side, one on the other.
