Curious dash harness question

I took the cluster out of my 1999 Tahoe to paint the needles white and put LEDs in the cluster. I noticed to the immediate right of the cluster there was 2 extra pigtails wrapped in a factory foam. It's got factory plugs on the end. I was thinking maybe they are rear wiper and fog light harnesses?

Mine has barn doors so the rear wiper harness wouldn't be needed, so makes sense to wrap and tuck it. But the other is just a guess. I find no extra wiring around the bumper area for a fog light harness, so I'm not sure what it is honestly.

Anyone else find these 2 extra plugs??

That's on my HVAC control unit but could be if it was a separate switch right there where the fog lights and stuff go
