column shifter play

My shifter in my 94 has a lot of play both up and down and back and forth, can i adjust this? replace pin?

And anyone know where these can be bought?

If your asking where to buy the billet stuff at, jcwhitney or search on ebay "empire motorsports" and billet interior pieces like that will come up and usually jcwhitney is the ones selling it on there.

I think up and down was at the connection in the engine bay where it connects to the other part of the shift lever. The in and out is a spring in the column.

My shift lever was sloppy and always bothered me for as long as I have had the truck (a little over a year). I pulled the seal/boot back today and there is a torx head screw on the bottom of the lever. It had worked loose. I tightened it up, and good as new. Took all of 5 minutes from start to finish. One of the most effective repairs I have made, and it was free.

The 94 and lower models will be different then the 94 plus ... I know my 90 os a connector in the engine bqy that is loose as crazy
