code 32

getting a code 32, only comes up when i drive on the highway
just did cap and plugs, was having rough idle when stopped at lights, that helped, egr has 10,000 miles on, could it be bad already?
did an engine swap 2 or 3 months ago, 3000 miles or so, engine was used, but seems just a little sluggish now compared to when i first swapped

It is egr system failure

weird thing, just kinda poked around, and it seems to run better, not sure if. imoved a wire or what, just seems like it wants to go now, any ideas, could the egr be bad, or clogged vaccum line that i bumped and freed up?

Your Electrics gound wires are located at the front of the intake manny, behind the alt. Also at the power distibution block on the left side of the fire wall. They get corroded very easily. Check all grounding points and the power terminals in the distro. Get yerself some dialectric grease, clean and coat wire terminals.

Check all yer small vacuum hoses fer splits or worn spots. Check connectors fer tight fit, coat with dia grease.
