Buyin door panels

I have a 97 with power everything and i need to get doors, can i get 94 and older doors with power everything or can i only get 95+ newer doors? I will be putting my door panels on either way.

The doors themselves I believe are the same, but the internals [window regulator, door release mechanism] are different.

im pretty sure the door itself is different for the excepting of the inside panel indentation for the door panel. I put a 97ish door on my 90 andi had to cut the black door skin (that holds the window scissor arms and motor and such tp fit to the door. But it still works with abit of work.
