Yeah I mean the 2 rear body mounts are really bad which is why I was thinking body shifted. Other 4 look ok. Bed won't move no matter how hard I shove it. Could it be possible I've tweaked one of the frame rails slightly forward of the other?

Do you have a side view picture of the truck? Do all of the body lines still match up?
It looks to me like the body is sitting lower than the bed

Is that right rear corner the one really bad looking mount? Last pic of the truck, first pic of your mounts - the really rusty one.

Yes right rear. I think there is nothing left of the metal on the body above the mount. So that's probably my issue eh?

Support on cab is shot. Your not going to move this back by pushing on it. Did you run into or impact something? Like hit a tree stump or some other impact?

I was gonna say cab mounts. Sure looks like that is the problem. If the bed/frame was tweaked you'd surely see some sort of sheet metal crease/bend/whatever.

That 1st picture cab mount definitely looks like it shifted, you’d think you’d have to see some shift in at least 3 of them, but it’s hard to tell with the other pictures. Might be time to evaluate whether you feel your truck is worth all the needed repairs.

You definitely have bad rear cab mounts, that passenger side rear is the worst.

Depending on how much you want to put into the truck, you can jack up that corner above normal height and put shims under it and when you let it down it will get closer to straight. Repeat until your body lines match.

You'll have to repeat this process yearly because your not actually fixing the problem, lol.

When one's crusty, you'll break the other mount bolts off before they ever loosen. There's probably some that are tweaked and been my experience you'll need all of them loose to move the cab around, Think the nuts inside are caged and if torn loose the cab can move again.
