Hi all. So during this cold winter, I have had this weird idea about customizing a console. So I looked all over the internet and ebay and found one that I liked, that I knew would also fit. I was looking for something with more storage and cup holders at reach for coffee and drinks. I found a console dirt cheap, from a Ford F150. Was all scratched up, dirty, faded and stained. So I took it all apart, cleaned every piece. Then wired in 2 hidden usb ports, along with tiny leds in the cup holders. Mind you im just trying to make it my own, included a relay to handle the charging power for phones, etc. After soldering and wires everywhere, I just painted it all and buttoned it all up. Then bolted her down in my truck today. Still gotta wire it to the truck itself, but I like it a lot. Definitely an improvement for big red. Got more plans for the ol girl, but glad this got done. My old console sucked compared to this one. Thank you for looking.
