I'm in the market for a new timing light. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've got an old school one from my dad. I don't even know the brand. It's Chrome and is from like the 70's. She works very well.

Yeah I've had nothing but great success with real old chrome ones. Too bad they don't make them that well anymore

Went ahead and found an old Craftman chrome one that appears unused. I loved the last one I used. $37 shipped from Ebay. Pretty excited. Even though it's old most of my friends have had the most accurate timing from using old Sears ones. The new ones seem to mess everything up by 3 or more degrees. Which adds up over 2000 RPMS!

Can't go wrong with the old stuff! There's a reason they still work 30 years later and the new ones break after a year or two.
