I saw this on eBay considering ordering i just don't really understand the LED quality they said it is able to hold a charge when I messaged them. Here's the ad

Do you have an inverter or just plan on using a real long extension cord?

Input voltage = 12VDC according to the ad. That's a small wall wart that is included to step down and rectify the AC to DC.
