Thanks for this. It helped itself and it also confirmed that the electronic FSM I received is legit since the corresponding pages match up.

You're welcome, glad it helped.

Finished product.

Thanks to my good friend John, I managed to get the following installed.
- New upper controls arms
- With included new upper ball joint (all Moog)
- New lower ball joints, heavy duty, (Moog)
- New Inner and out Tie Rods (Delco)
- New adjustment collars (Moog)

I also looked at the Pitman arm and idler arm. The latter is fine, the former is shot. On these 3/4 ton HD 4x4 hydroboost models, changing the pitman arm is a cast iron ***** of a job. Decided to pay someone to do it. Found a shop with good reviews that will do the pitman arm and the alignment for under $350 CAD, taxes in.

Considering doing the rest myself saved about two grand, I'm fine with that.

I was also thrilled to see that my Powerstop brakes that I re-did last fall are in perfect shape. They still look like new pads and rotors. They are still the upgrade I'm most satisfied with on the entire truck. You can barely see the red calipers in the middle left of the photo.

No lower control arm bushings? No sway-bar bushings or end links?

Sway bar bushings won't affect alignment. Control arm bushings can and do.
