Backlash

I've been in and out of my 10b lately and I have way to much backlash its around .30. Anyone know what is normal. I've heard anywhere from .06-.15 but I want to make sure. TIA

That sounds about right. I forget what I set when I did mine...When I helped my buddy do his, we settled at about .007".

My only other recommendation is to sure your shims are clean and make sure you have reasonable preload.
