Does anybody here know of a scanner tool that will do an ABS system brake bleed, automatic or manual, for GMT 400 trucks, other than the GM Tech II scanners? I have already dipped my toe in the China/knock-off GM Tech II pool and was lucky to get out alive, and with all my money (thanks to PayPal). Just FYI it seems that every year toward the end of January many of the internet business sites in China just shut down for as long as 2 weeks for the New Years Holiday, while their web sites still state they will process an order in 2 days. Not really helpful.
Anyway, on my 2000 Z-71 Tahoe I am replacing/upgrading to a 2006 Master Cylinder, so I'll need to do a real good ABS bleed after hooking it up.
I can say with a fair degree of certainty that the Launch Tech Creader Professional Elite (office in Ontario, CA) will NOT do the ABS brake bleed for a Tahoe prior to 2007. The Autel MaxiCheck Pro will also not do a Tahoe prior to 2007. (Though I found a YouTube vid of a guying doing an ABS bleed on a 2006 GMC Sierra 1500, but we all know that's NOT a GMT400.)
I also found a way to bleed the ABS system manually.
I may just have to bite the pricey Vetronix Tech II bullet.

This is pretty cool but might not do it as well as a scanner.I may just have to bite the pricey Vetronix Tech II bullet.
