97 Silverado 5.7 problems

Ok i have an update. Been busy with school so i took it to a shop. They checked the fuel pressure and it was reading ~50 on startup, which is far too low. So far ive changed the spider injectors, cleaned grounds, cleaned maf, cleaned throttle body, ran injector cleaner, changed the pump to an acdelco. The truck still runs like crap. The mechanic said the connector to the pump is probably worn out. What do you guys think?
