I have a 95 tbi 454 truck with a 4L80E..
Do I need an adapter for the trans?
Factory 454 or LS torque converter?
Has anyone gotten factory gauges/warning lights to operate properly?
Does everyone use hydro boost or is there a way to maintain vacuum booster?
The wiring to get the engine running is no problem, along with the engine mounting, exhaust, and cooling. Ive done LS swaps into older cars before but never with the 4L80E and never using electronic guages (older c10s and k20s), and never with out hydro boost
