92 C1500 Upper Control Arm Inner Bushing Insert Source?

1992 C1500, I'm rebuilding the control arms and my upper inner bushing inserts are galled and corroded up with a lot of pitting and rough surfaces. Anyone know a source for them?
It's the insert that goes inside the poly urethane bushing, not the outer bushing in the control arm itself. Just trying to make myself clear.

You'll have to buy a new set of rubber bushings and sacrifice them for the metal parts. They aren't sold separately.
