91 350 Tbi running rough

I've got a 91 c1500 350 5speed. It runs great going down the road and even idles good. My problem is when you take off like turning around in the driveway or sitting in traffic or pulling up in a drive thru. If you let the clutch out without giving it gas like you would pulling away from a stop light it stumbles. Not like just stalling if you let the clutch out too quick. The clutch engages and the truck is moving but then it start stumbling like crazy and bucks the whole truck. Is this a throttle body issue or do I need to look in to ignition. The truck has been taken care of its whole life. I know this because my dad bought it new. He sold it to my grandfather who didn't drive it much. Could it be a carbon build up issue? I would just like some advice before I throw money at it with no results.
