pull your air cleaner off and look at your injectors for how they are spraying, they might not be spraying right and just dumping fuel in a stream instead of spraying, although usually this will make it hard to start to.

I had one on my truck that was dripping and it would want to cut off at stop lights til i replaced it.

right beside the thermostat is the coolant sensor for the computer, try unplugging it and see if that helps. if that is reading way cold it will make the computer dump way to much fuel

From what you discribed this is your problem but you need to pull the codes to make sure

Check your map sensor. if you can hook a hand pump apply about 15 lbs hg vacuum and give it a try.
