Those sill protectors look great. I'll have to find me a set.

Love the sill protectors and the blacked out lettering. As Dean said, your work is amazing how you make stuff look like it came from the factory. Truly inspiring. :waytogo:

I love watching this build because

1. You have superb taste in trucks and build them in a way that it should have come factory.
2. Your truck is mines polar opposite.
3. It's just a sweet truck to begin with, but now it's better x10!

Looks awesome so far!

I like making things look like they should be there and not some added on afterthought.

Too bad your not closer, would be awesome to get the dually's together.

lookss great but i think that clear front turn signals would look better than the black, looks like something you see on a slammed civic
It's a vinyl wrap, I thought about leaving it but the chrome was too much.

They really look so much nicer than the scratched up paint that was there.

Thanks!

Well, here is what the dually did today. 40' Nomad park model trailer, about 9,500LBS. Towed like a champ!

These are GM accessory protectors I've had awhile now, They aren't available from GM anymore. Deflecta-Shield used to sell a similar product, I have that brand in my 88 and 02 as well.

Added a temp sensor inside the cab (trip computer has temp display too, no use in having two exterior temps readouts)

I didn't snap any pictures but I picked up a perfect OEM GMC grille in black for $40 at the pick-n-pull.... Fits better than the re-pop and looks better since it's not raw plastic.

Also, picked this neutral crewcab rear seat up for $80. It was REALLY dirty but came out decent with a pressure washer, simple green and mineral spirits. It'll be going in Dad's 75 Silverado.
