After work, I put the AC system into a vacuum.

While I was waiting on the vacuum, I messed with the dents in the doors. I’m not a body man, but it’s a huge improvement!

After time was up, I charged the AC, played around with it til I got it good and cold! However, it doesn’t blow out of the main dash vents, but works perfectly on all other positions. I’ll have to figure out which stepper motor controls that. But I still consider today a win.

Awesome job. And yeah sounds like a stuck door. Especially if its coming out the defrost vent..

If it is may be the door internally above the floor vent.. have to pop the black cover off

It did this before, but sometimes decides to not work

I know all 1500s do. But from what we've gathered the 3500s dont because mine didnt and wasnt wired for but also @frito-bandito didnt either

I need to check mine.

It's hard to believe gm didnt put 2 horns on the 3500... how much money could they have possibly save... smh

That is odd how half-tons got two horns, but the 2500/3500s didn't. Sounds like a perfect excuse to add train horns.
