2wd 98 sierra dogtracking

I'm having an issue with my truck dogtracking. i looked at my rear axle and realized the right wheel is about half an inch further back than the left wheel is. has anyone else had a similar issue? it has a procomp 3" lift with blocks in the rear... any and all help is appreciated
