Has anyone used one of these ebay grills? just seems to good to be true @ $100

Maybe a long shot but...
Is there some where I can buy a replacement "weld on" panel for the rear lower panel of the bed (under the molding), it has pretty much completely rusted out and I would like to cut it off and just replace the whole corner.
