1998 Chevy z71

Just bought a 98 z71 with a vortec 350 when I start it I makes a squeaking noise from the engine it has a new transmission want to know if I have a bad rod bearing or they install the transmission please let me know I'd hate to have to rebuild the motor hopefully it's something else posted a video of it running please help

"Squeaking"? Have you checked the serpentine belt and belt tensioner?

Is the "squeaking" actually a vacuum leak whistle?

Yes it sounds like it's coming from the bottom end it's not a knocking sound I can send the video with sound to ya somehow it wouldn't let me upload it here
