1997 c1500 5.7 vortec crank but no start

So on this truck I have redone timing new distributor, plugs and wires, and I have been taking parts off a running truck which I took the crank sensor the ignition coil, pcm, made sure all fuses are good, mass air flow and entire air hat.

You've replaced the parts but have you verified that you have spark and fuel? Any CEL lights/codes?

Ignition timing on a Vortec 5.7L is not adjustable.

If there's a new distributor, did you get it installed correctly, using the markings molded-into the distributor housing?

Do you have a scan tool to verify "cam offset" so that the cam sensor signal (via the distributor) and the crank sensor signal are synchronized?

So I have made sure the distributor is in correctly the only thing I’m not sure is how do I tell on the scan tool if they are synchronized or not

Look for cam offset. It's +/- 2° 0 is the goal
