You could contact whoever you bought the thing from, and see if there's replacement parts available.
Maybe even a local parts store would know.
Perhaps you can send the sticking injector to a specialist injector cleaner. Maybe they can solvent-clean the thing so it works again. (But would you ever trust it afterward?)
Good thing you didn't hydrolock that engine.
If I were you, I'd be certain to buy "Top Tier" fuel from now on. I also dump a 20-oz bottle of Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner in the gas tank at every oil change.
