I have a 95 Tahoe 350 TBI V8, 4dr, auto and 4x4, not sure what trans it has but it shifts mint and I have no issues with it so I want to keep it that way, I have read before that what GM recommended for these trucks was to drop the pan, replace the filter and gasket and refill the transmission fluid and not to flush it, my local shop I go to just charges me labor if i supply everything needed so any idea as to how much fluid I would need? going to go with an AC Delco filter and Felpro gasket, when I first got in close to 3 years ago I used Valvoline Maxlife transmission fluid, cause the truck has 251k on not sure if the engine and trans are original or what is that a good transmission fluid to go with or would you recommend something else?
