You might need a custom chip made. There is no '7427 5.7 TBI manual trans combo from the factory. The 5.7 4L60E tune with trans codes turned off would be a start. Some drivability tweaks will need to be made going from auto to manual as well. The BJYM tune with $0D mask is where I would start if you have the hardware to burn a chip. I use TunerPro RT.
