1995 ECSB issues

I know, it bugs the hell out of me. I'm going to take the alternator off and get it tested. Hopefully that's the issue. All the grounds are good. Everything's pretty much new.

Did a bit more research, and I'm kind of thinking I should try pulling the ICM and cleaning the grounds/ applying new thermal paste. Funny thing is, I was going to do it, but the egr valve making it run better threw me off.

Anyone else wanna chime in that's maybe had experience with something like this?
