Gotcha, I need a cylinder and figured I might as well get both of them. Anyways, nice going on the ZR. I've always loved those.

Yup. Just search Ebay. As for pistons i recommend spi or arctic cat pistons. Don't use wiseco's

Well I stuffed both of them into their respective summer vacation homes ( read as repair/upgrade shop) yesterday.

And as for the 95 580 I think I'm gonna be on the hunt for a new (to me) motor. I am thinking of keeping it as a spare sled.

We'll I have picked up a donor sled for the ol girl. It's a 96 zr580 efi. Once I get it running in its original chassis the motor is getting transplanted into the black beast. If the efi turns out to be a problem the carbs are gonna get put on it instead!

That sled looks too clean to become a parts donor

It's easier to swap the motor and all the efi stuff than it is to swap all my suspension mods over and modify this chassis to work with it.

She runs! Little smokey though (old gas)
