1993 k1500 5.7 build starting issues

5.7 tbi with vortec heads and sum k1101 cam. 270/278 398/421 with 112* ...installed engine and fires and dies...spins and spins...fires at wot...cuts off injectors and fires and dies. Fuel pressure is good....timing is preset well...dizzy is not 180 out...does my 3 wire 02 sensensor need power just to get this thing running? Do i need a tune just to idle? Didn't wire the 02 to power yet. Have full length headers open untill i weld up exhaust. Any help would be appreciated.
