1989 Chevy 1500 350 TBI ticking sound help

Replaced cap and rotor thinking the tick would go away since it sounds like its coming from near the distributor, no change. Here's a VIDEO of the sound

Seemed to be loudest when you by the alternator. But it's half speed like a rocker tapping. Wished you got in there a little closer.

Sounds high pitched and rattling to me. Would guess on the belt somewhere. Alt, water pump, PS pump or idler. Step one I would pop the belt off and start it, if the noise goes away then you know it’s in the front, if not then dig deeper.
