    In or Under the Bed

    Is there a reason that everyone seems to mount their tank on it's side? I have a 9 gallon for my 96 ex cab and im wanting to put it under the bed, I don't think it'll fit if I don't mount it upside down (brackets/legs) facing up). Does anyone have pics of 9 gal tanks mounted under the bed?

    about time to revive this build, the weather is finally warm enough to start working on it again. When the rear suspension was fixed, some of the brake stuff was re-located. I need to extend the 2 lines that come from the drums to the top of the axle. They need to be re-routed to the drivers...

    Wow, that's scary. He found another crack on the other side of the frame and the upper arms are warped. He said the ball joints were maxed out when at fulll lift and it caused the edges to lift up. So I bought some new ones today (no pics) off a 99 burb. Does anyone have pics of where they...

    some more updates, he dove a bit deeper into the welds on the rear setup, he's also going to add shock mounts for the front and i'm going to replace the upper/lower ball joints in the next few days. He thinks my arms are warped because of the hack job, so yay, new arms lol. Where's a good place...

    Well it's officially under the knife!! Here's some of the pics: On its way to the shop New bag mount vs old one Custom!!!! He referred to this as "shark bite" lol Cracked frame that's getting repaired. And yes, that's a brake line that's welded to the frame.

    small update, got the shoddy bed off and got a better look at the frame in all its horrible glory. Hopefully in the next few weeks it gets re-done by a local guy who redoes hack jobs as a side job.
