No power to dash HVAC controller

Fuse is ok and have power on fuse terminal. No power at the battery terminal (2) red wire power at ignition terminal (50) brown wire on the plug that goes into the back of the controller. Battery terminal should have power at all times. I am having difficulty in finding a wire diagram and...

I need some help my cargo lights dont work brake and running lights work fine. I just need to know what each of the wires to the 4 pin plug do i installed a aftermarket led unit and cant get the cargo lights to work to help me problem solve it. I also intend to fit a low wattage led strip below...
