    There's no way to pull the dash without unscrewing the harness on the outside fire wall.And 95 wiring is different from 96-99 so u will need to Swap wiring in the dash.

    has any body had this code and fixed it. the light only comes on when on highway,i've checked the egr valve with truck running push up egr diaphragm the motor changes the idle plus it moves when i move the throttle by hand.

    August 76 after you get the rear end swap check measurements I measured mine yesterday it's 1/4 off on one side I swapped this rear end years ago. I didn't see any work parts I'll see if I can adjust it before I get a wheel alignment after replacing pitman arm

    That battery isolator is the problem you loose amperage going through that thing. Get a stinger 200 seloniod will a lot less amperage loss.

    :) i got lucky and found this harness and a 99 HVAC at junk yard $28.00 BUT after i plugged it in all controls didn't work i looked closer it had burn spot on circuit board went back to junk yard and took the board out another one working good now. i got to get L E D S for it also.

    as long as the alt is charging it will charge both batteries there won't be a problem with 2 diff batts that's why you need the PAC200 HIGH current relay.

    do a relay for each ballast i had a problem with diff bulb color or ballast and i sent a pic and text where i got the xentec they sent me ballast & bulb that was a good day.

    Get a stinger 200 seloniod to put between the batts find the wire only has 12v when truck is running to trigger the seloniod this seloniod has very,very low current loss going through it.

    Back in the day 90's if you had number of amps we use the radio remote wire to trigger a relay to send 12v to the amp remote i believe you can still use the accessory wire that turns the radio on as the trigger wire until you get a head unit. worst case you might have a little turn on pop.

    just get the temp/com mirror and the probe,wiring at jnk yrd i even put this in my dodge van can't live without the temp after putting one in my 95.
