i just blew the tranny in my 1996 c 1500 it also broke the ring gear its a 305 4l60e one piece housing it has 400 plus thousand kls i have a rusty 1998 c 1500 that has a amazing running 305 4l60e 2 piece trans im thinking about swapping the whole works into the 1996 ive read on here about...

smelly 454

after pulling my truck out of winter storage and running two tanks of premium fuel threw it it is getting smelly after sitting at idle in drive thru,s and traffic lights no codes coming up motor has 3 summers on it less than 20 thousand kls anyone have this happen it is a 1994 bravo stock...
