Voltage issues

Okay guys so I have quite the puzzle going on. I have a 1995 gmc seirra k1500 with a 5.7 tbi, and 4l60e. My issue is that the cab of the truck is having low voltage. So I tested the battery, alt. And they both work fantastic. Inside the cab however is another story. I have a voltage display on...

Blower motor wires melting

So I have a 1995 gmc seirra 5.7 1/2 ton and i was having issues with my heater. I know my climate control panel is messed up (no junkyard around that has the 95 one and haven't wanted to buy the new one for a 100+) but whenever i would hit the glovebox the blower would turn back on the other...
